If you cancel within the 48-hour window, a 50% fee of the scheduled service may apply, as we may not have enough time to fill the appointment slot. However, if you cancel with more than 48 hours' notice, there is no charge.

If you fail to show up for your appointment without notifying us in advance (no-show/no-call), we may need to charge a fee or require a deposit for future bookings. This policy helps us minimize disruptions and ensures we can continue to offer timely services to all our clients.
